Returns and Exchanges?
If you purchase an item and find it to be unsatisfactory you may request to return it for an exchange or refund within 60 days of purchase. Returns & Exchanges are for items purchased only. Items must be purchased from an Auric Blends official website or Facebook Store. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items purchased at any 3rd party retailer (ie; other online websites or retail businesses)
Promotional or gift items sent at no charge do not qualify for an exchange or refund. Your exchange or refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your authorized return.
You DO NOT need to Contact Us for either a return or exchange unless you have questions.
Please follow these easy steps in order to receive an exchange or refund.
- Pack your items back into the original box or other suitable box with protective packing materials to ensure it arrives back to us undamaged.
- If you have your original packing list or invoice include it, or other notes with your name and order number and indicate whether we are returning or exchanging items. Make sure to tell us what to do with your return.
- Ship your box back to us using a tracking enabled service such as USPS Priority Mail, this helps insure we get your package.

If you receive damaged or defective items you must contact us within 5 business days from receipt of package.
In order to process a replacement we will need the following information:
- Method of purchase (Phone or website).
- Our order # located at the top of Pick Ticket which was included with your shipment.
- A brief description of what was damaged or defective.
- For damaged items valued over $50.00 we may require a photo proof of damage in order to file a claim with the carrier who delivered your package. If requested photos may be submitted via Text, Email, or Fax.
