Do you have a minimum order amount?
Our minimum order is $21.00. We also offer free shipping on orders over $55.00.
How will my order be shipped?
You will have the option of selecting how your order ships, either through Fed Ex or the US Postal Service (USPS). Most orders are shipped USPS, and we offer expedited service through Fed Ex.
Will I be charged tax on my order?
Auric Blends charges sales tax on California and Michigan customers only.
Can I return or exchange products I’ve purchased?

What if I receive my order and something is broken or missing?
Please contact csupport@auricblends.com and notify us immediately if something is missing from your order, or you received broken merchandise. We will replace, at no charge, any missing or broken items.
How will I know what the shipping charges are?
Once you've added items to your shopping cart, you will see a 'calculate shipping' link. You will be able to select your shipping option in the shopping cart, either Fed Ex or USPS, and see the actual charges for each carrier. Remember, we offer free shipping on all orders over $55.00.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

How will I be sure you received my order?
