How do I find products I want
and add them to my shopping cart?

will be a table with the product(s) listed or an arrow
menu button to scroll a list of desired products.
Make
your selection, enter the quantity into the qty field
and click "Add to Cart".
After
you have successfully added an item to your shopping
cart, click 'Return to Shopping' to continue shopping
and add other items to your cart.
How
do I search for products on
Auric Blends’ web site?
Try to enter a keyword, phrase
or title into our Search, and then click the "Search"
button. Then sort through your Search results easily
by scrolling down to your desired product page.

If you find an item you know
a friend would like or you want to get a second opinion,

How
do I check out and complete my order?
Here are the steps you'll go
through in the checkout process:

the Checkout button after your last item or click
the view cart button in the upper right hand area
of any page. You will be given a choice of two ways
to procure payment. You can choose our secure online
(Comodo security with Verisign) or you can choose
to call us.
Provide your gift certificate
code, bill & ship to address, e-mail
address, and add any gift message
you would like us to add.
We
accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express
and Discover cards.

will my order be shipped?
We
offer four shipping options: UPS Standard, Two Business
Day, Next Business Day and
international USPS. International is only standard
shipping.
Standard
Shipping - The majority of our orders are shipped
via UPS. Most in-stock items will arrive
on your doorstep 5-10 business days after receipt
of your order.

USPS. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.

Auric
Blends charges sales tax to California orders only.
To be clear, the Internet Tax Freedom Act (ITFA),
which was signed into law on October 21, 1998, does
not, as some have asserted, preclude sales and use
taxes on any and all commerce conducted over the Internet.
State and local governments are allowed to impose
sales and use taxes on all such electronic sales,
provided that the tax (and its rate) are the same
as that which would be imposed on the transactions
if they were conducted in a more traditional manner,
such as over the phone or through mail order.
The ITFA is intended to prevent any jurisdiction from
imposing special taxes on Internet transactions, other
than such taxes that a jurisdiction already has the
ability to impose (e.g., sales tax; see below). The
ITFA prevents the imposition of any such taxes through
November 1, 2003.
Currently, most e-commerce companies use the same
taxation rules used by mail-order companies, which
are based on constitutional guidelines for interstate
commerce. Generally this means that states can only
require companies to collect sales tax in states where
they have business operations, and as a result, a
company will not collect sales tax in states where
they have no business operations. If someone were
to order something from one of our catalogs, that
person would only be charged sales tax if he or she
shipped his or her order to a state where Auric Blends
has physical operations. Example: If a person shipped
something to Wyoming, Auric Blends would not be required
to collect sales tax because it has no business operations
in Wyoming.
The ITFA also prohibits state and local governments
from imposing taxes on Internet access charges, protects
against the imposition of new tax liability for consumers
and vendors involved in commercial transactions over
the Internet, and creates a temporary commission to
study taxation of Internet commerce and to report
back to Congress in 18 months on whether the Internet
ought to be taxed and, if so, how taxes can be applied
without subjecting the Internet and electronic commerce
to special, discriminatory, or multiple taxation.

returns require prior approval by Auric Blends. To

if I receive my order and its not complete or something
is broken?
In
the event of any shortages or damage to your order,
we will, of course, replace your product at no cost
to you.You must notify Auric Blends of any shortages
or damages immediately. Call our customer service
line at 800-882-7247. In the case of a damaged item,
we ask that you keep all packing material and the
box the order was shipped in.
How
can I track the status of my order?
You can track the status of
any Auric Blends.com order, regardless of how you
placed it-online, by phone, by fax or by mail.
